NIGERIA COMPUTER SOCIETY HOLDS 10TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
The 10th International Conference of the Nigeria Computer Society was held at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. This year’s conference was held from Monday July 25 to Friday July 29, 2011. The theme of this year’s conference is “Information Technology for People-Centred Development”.
The well-attended conference focused on issues that are germane to people’s economic empowerment and personal growth that will translate to community and national growth.
Papers were presented by carefully-selected resource persons and the issues that were raised in the papers challenged people to take advantage of the resources and opportunities in Information Technology for personal growth irrespective of the obstacles in their immediate environment.
